🎉 I Passed My Food Law Inspection With Flying Colours!
I’m absolutely delighted to share some brilliant news — Marjie Bakes has officially passed its Food Law Inspection with flying colours. This milestone means a lot to me as a small home‑baking business here in Central Scotland, and I’m so proud to finally shout about it.
The inspection highlighted three things I care deeply about:
- High cleanliness standards — My kitchen was praised for being spotless, well‑maintained, and fully compliant with food safety requirements.
- Strong organisation — From labelled ingredients to storage systems and documentation, everything was exactly where it needed to be.
- Excellent food‑safety knowledge — Lots of practice, training, and passion for safe baking really shone through.
These are the foundations of every cookie, cake, brownie, blondie, cheesecake, and treat that leaves my kitchen — and I’m thrilled that the inspection reflected that.
